Kairat Rakhimov Appointed Chairman of the Board of KOREM JSC
A graduate of Karaganda State Technical University, Karaganda Economic University, and Seoul National University, Rakhimov began his career in 2006 as an electrician and served in various roles at the Natural Monopolies Regulation Agency and the Energy Ministry, most recently as Deputy Minister of Energy (2009-2021).
