"Combating Corruption" Memo (developed for citizens to explain the concept and prevention of corruption)
Corruption poses a systemic threat to Kazakhstan's security and the stability of the state and society. Under Article 22 of the Anti-Corruption Law, all state bodies and officials are obliged to combat corruption. The Criminal Code criminalizes both taking (Art. 366) and giving (Art. 367) bribes.
