Qualification requirements:

The Driver is subject to the following qualification requirements:

• education: not lower than secondary;
• driving experience of at least three years;
• knowledge of the Traffic Rules, the Basic Provisions for the Admission of Vehicles to Operation, and the list of operational and special services whose vehicles must be equipped with special light and sound signals and painted according to special color-graphic schemes, approved by Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 13 November 2014 No. 1196.

The Driver's job duties include:

1. driving the car, timely arrival at the workplace and bringing the car to the entrance of the organization, as well as parking the car after the work shift;
2. timely refueling, topping up oil and adding other fluids necessary for the car's operation;
3. following traffic rules, observing all road signs, timely familiarization with all legislative changes to the Traffic Rules;
4. ensuring the safety of passengers while driving and the car is in motion;
5. ensuring the safety of property located in the car's trunk;
6. monitoring the safety and integrity of the car itself, including leaving it in parking lots and parking areas only with the alarm activated, locking all doors and windows both while driving and when stopped;
7. daily inspection of the car's technical condition, timely elimination of detected malfunctions with the help of specialized car services;
8. keeping the car clean and tidy, including washing the car at a car wash weekly;
9. preparing in advance for long trips, familiarizing with area maps and road maps, choosing the shortest routes;
10. avoiding the use of any medicines, drugs, products and liquids that could affect the driver's performance, concentration, coordination of movements and reaction;
11. working with route sheets and waybills, including entering information into documents on mileage, fuel and oil consumption, trip destinations, etc., timely submission of documentation for reporting;
12. carrying out instructions and assignments of the immediate supervisor and the Chairman of the Management Board of the Company, taking good care of the entrusted car;
13. sending written correspondence on paper media.

List of required documents:

1) an application in accordance with Annex 2 to these Rules;

2) a copy of an identity document;

3) a copy of an education document;

4) a completed questionnaire in accordance with Annex 3 to these Rules;

5) information confirming that the person has not committed corruption offences;

6) a certificate of no criminal record;

7) a resume (CV).

At the candidate's discretion, other documents may be submitted that will allow the competition commission to determine the candidate's level of professional competence.
