Main requirements for the candidate:

Qualification requirements:

The following qualification requirements apply to a Category 2 Software Engineer:

• education: higher or technical and vocational education in a relevant specialty;
• work experience: at least 1 (one) year in relevant fields
• knowledge of the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the internal regulatory documents of the Company corresponding to the specifics of the Department's and the Company's activities.

The job duties of a Category 2 Software Engineer include:

• fulfilling the requirements of the Company's internal documents;

• performing his/her duties under the general supervision of the Director of the Department, the supervising Managing Director and the Chairman of the Management Board of the Company, and in interaction with the Company's structural divisions;

• developing proposals for achieving planned results and continuously improving the Company's internal business processes;

• using AI tools in the work;

• designing user interfaces (UI) for the Company's software products;

• developing UX logic, prototyping;

• maintaining documentation of the Company's software products;

• conducting system analysis of the Company's software products;

• maintaining the department's documentation;

• developing the design of analytical documents (presentations, reports, etc.).

List of required documents:

1) an application, in accordance with Appendix 2 to these Rules;

2) a copy of the identity document;

3) a copy of the education document;

4) a completed questionnaire, in accordance with Appendix 3 to these Rules;

5) information on non-commission of corruption offenses by the person;

6) a certificate of no criminal record;

7) a resume.

At the candidate's discretion, other documents may be submitted that will allow the competition commission to determine the level of the candidate's professional competencies.
