Main requirements for the candidate:

Qualification requirements:

The following qualification requirements are imposed on the manager-operator:

• education: higher (postgraduate) education;
• knowledge of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal regulatory documents of the Company corresponding to the specifics of the activities of the Department and the Company.

The job requirements of the Manager-operator include:

• organizes and conducts centralized trading of electric energy and electric capacity;
• interacts with the system operator and the single buyer of electric energy on issues related to the organization and conduct of centralized trading of electric energy and electric capacity;
• conducts auction trading for the selection of renewable energy source projects, for energy utilization of waste, for the construction of newly commissioned generating units with a flexible generation mode (hereinafter – auction trading);
• provides consultations to operators of trading participants – subjects of the WEM of the RK – on issues of working in the electronic trading system;
• conducts marketing activities and electricity market research;
• participates in the development of draft regulatory legal acts and internal regulatory documents of the Company on issues within the competence of the Department;
• analyzes the results of centralized electricity trading;
• conducts contractual work (preparation, execution, agreement of terms with counterparties, conclusion, organization of execution, accounting, control and evaluation of the progress and results of contract execution) for the following types:
• agreement on participation in the centralized trading market of electric energy (hereinafter – the CTM agreement) between the Company and a subject of the wholesale electricity market of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the WEM subject);
• CTM agreement with the Single Buyer;
• performs calculations, processing and analysis of data based on the submitted actual balance and forms a unified register for services rendered by the Company to ensure the readiness of the trading system for conducting centralized electricity trading (hereinafter – ERTS);
• monitors the debts of WEM subjects;
• prepares and sends notification letters to WEM subjects on the need to repay debts to the Company;
• prepares documents on the Company's debtors for further transfer to the Legal Support Department;
• prepares relevant reports on the results of the functioning of centralized trading of electric energy and electric capacity;
• performs other functions arising from the tasks of the Department.

 List of required documents:

1) application, in accordance with Appendix 2 of these Rules;

2) a copy of the identity document;

3) a copy of the education document;

4) a completed questionnaire, in accordance with Appendix 3 of these Rules;

5) information on the non-commission of corruption offenses by the person;

6) a certificate of no criminal record;

7) resume.

At the candidate's discretion, other documents may be submitted that will allow the competition commission to determine the level of the candidate's professional competencies.

The employment contract is concluded for the period of replacement of a temporarily absent main employee.
