• planned or committed acts of corruption, fraud, or embezzlement;

• violations during control (supervisory) or procurement procedures;

• abuse of official position or excess of authority by officials;

• other actions that cause or may cause material damage or harm the business reputation of JSC “KOREM”, you may contact the hotline.
  Confidentiality of обращения is guaranteed.

In accordance with the law, anonymous appeals are not subject to formal consideration, but are subject to verification.

An anonymous report of a criminal offense cannot serve as grounds for initiating a pre-trial investigation.

Please note that liability for the dissemination of knowingly false information is предусмотрена by Article 274 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
