On behalf of the Chairman of the Board of JSC «KOREM» Rakhimov K.B., the work was carried out to clarify the norms of the administrative procedural code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public workers.

Employees of «KOREM» JSC (hereinafter referred to as the company) were given detailed explanations of the norms of the administrative procedural code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2020.

Special attention was paid to the types of Appeals, the procedure for their registration, the obligation to re-send appeals to the relevant authorities (if the consideration of such appeals does not fall within the competence of the company), the terms of consideration of administrative procedures, the procedure for hearing and making decisions based on the results of consideration of administrative cases.

During the seminar, the Company's employees were asked questions about the rules of registration, accounting of appeals received by legal entities with one hundred percent participation of the state, as well as the maintenance of the information analytical system «Electronic Appeals», approved by the Order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2021 No. 70. Detailed explanations were given to all the questions asked.
