Changes have been made to the Rules of Functioning of the balancing market
The Settlement Center of the balancing electric energy market informs that the order of the Acting Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 11, 2024 "On Amendments and Additions to the Order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 20, 2015 No. 112 "On Approval of the Rules of Functioning of the Balancing Electric Energy Market" has been officially published. The document provides for new incentive mechanisms for entities that carry out the commands of the system operator, and also includes adjustments aimed at improving the stability and efficiency of the energy system.
