Newly hired employees of KOREM JSC attended a seminar on key issues of the company

KOREM JSC hosted an online seminar for newly hired employees, organized jointly by the compliance officer and HR department. The main purpose of the event was to introduce new colleagues to the key rules and regulations in force in the company.

The seminar covered the following topics:

  • KOREM JSC's Work Schedule Rules
  • Remuneration and social support
  • New Year's Gifts: Work ethic and gift giving rules

The seminar was opened by compliance officer Bulat Baymuratuly, who explained in detail the rules for limiting gifts, representative expenses, donations and other benefits. He informed the employees about the regulatory documents and anti-corruption legislation in effect within the company and reminded them of the possible consequences of violating these regulations. Bulat Baymuratuly emphasized the importance of adhering to corporate standards and urged his colleagues to refrain from actions that contradict the company's internal rules.

The seminar was continued by HR specialists. Aruzhan Shakir spoke about the rights and obligations of employees and the employer, as well as the main provisions of the Work Schedule Rules. She also focused on the requirements regarding appearance, safety regulations, and labor protection.

Dinara Begalina concluded the event with a presentation of the company's remuneration and social support system. She noted that these measures are aimed at increasing motivation and stimulating employees.

The online format of the seminar ensured that the event was accessible to all participants and facilitated effective interaction between employees.
