KOREM JSC and the World Bank discussed aspects of further cooperation on the Central Asian market
On February 13, 2025, the Chairman of the Board of KOREM JSC held a meeting with representatives of the World Bank.
The Program on Regional Integration and Trade of Electric Energy in Central Asia (REMIT) was discussed during the meeting.
The REMIT program's goal is to scale energy interconnectivity in Central Asia through a combination of investments, technical assistance, and collaboration activities.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue dialogue and mutual cooperation during the implementation stages of the REMIT program.
