On April 2, 2025, newly hired employees at KOREM JSC were introduced to internal regulatory documents, in particular the Labor Regulations and the conduct of anti-corruption activities in the Company. The seminar was conducted by the Administrative Department together with the Compliance Officer.

Director of the Administrative Department familiarized the newly hired employees with their rights and duties, as well as with the main provisions of the Labor Regulations. Special attention was paid to the issues of compliance with occupational health and safety requirements. In addition, the Department Director explained the basic principles of the labor remuneration and social support system in the company.

During the seminar, the compliance officer informed the newly hired employees about the Company's internal regulatory documents regulating anti-corruption issues, noting the existence of a separate section dedicated to compliance and outlining its main provisions. In addition, he informed the employees about the mechanisms for addressing anti-corruption issues, conflict of interest resolution, as well as the opportunity to receive advice on ethics and business integrity.
