The team of "KOREM" JSC sincerely congratulates Alma Zhukenova, a highly qualified specialist and professional expert who has served the country and society with dedication and accumulated a wealth of experience, on her well-deserved retirement.

Alma Zhukenova was born on July 5, 1964, in the village named after K.Kamzin, Aksu District, Pavlodar Region. She completed her secondary education there in 1981. From 1981 to 1987, she studied Chemistry at the Kazakh State University in Almaty. Her professional career began as a chemistry teacher at the Algabas Secondary School in Aksu District, Pavlodar Region.

She worked at the Pavlodar Chemical Plant and served as a forensic expert in law enforcement agencies. Alma Zhukenova held various responsible positions in government bodies, including the Ministries of Justice, Agriculture, Industry and Trade, Construction and Housing and Utilities, and Regional Development.

From 2014 to 2024, she served as Deputy Director of the Department of Renewable Energy Sources at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Water Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and later at the Ministry of Energy.

In 2018, she earned a Master’s degree in Engineering and Technology, specializing in “Chemical Technology of Organic Substances,” from S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University.

Since April 2024, Alma Zhukenova has been working as an expert in the Market Development Department at "KOREM" JSC.

Her contributions to the country’s development were highly recognized by the state in 2016, she was awarded the «Ерен еңбегі үшін» (“For Labor Distinction”) medal.
