          The Joint Stock Company "Kazakhstan Electricity and Power Market Operator" (JSC "KOREM") and LLP "IBA Astana Dev" have signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation aimed at introducing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into the business processes of JSC "KOREM." The signing ceremony marked a new stage in the digitalization of Kazakhstan’s energy sector, as well as the implementation of the message of the Head of State “Kazakhstan in the Era of Artificial Intelligence: Current Challenges and Their Solutions Through Digital Transformation.”
          The memorandum of understanding and cooperation is intended to strengthen the partnership between the companies in developing and implementing innovative AI solutions that will optimize the key business processes of JSC "KOREM." Priority areas include improving the efficiency of centralized electricity trading, enhancing data analytics, and automating operational processes.
These steps are in line with the digitalization strategy of Kazakhstan’s electric power sector and contribute to the implementation of the national program “Digital Kazakhstan.”
