Dear participants of centralized electric power auctions, we inform you that by the decision of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, centralized electric power auctions will be postponed from November 15-16, 2022 to November 17-18, 2022. 

On November 17, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. (Astana time), centralized auctions of electric power will be held in the Northern and Southern zones of the UES of the Republic of Kazakhstan, taking into account the capacity of power transmission lines connecting the Northern and Southern zones of the UES of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On November 18, 2022, centralized auctions of electric capacity will be held in the Western zone of the UES of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

from 10:00 a.m. (Astana time) in the Mangistau region of the Western zone of the UES of the Republic of Kazakhstan, taking into account the capacity of power transmission lines connecting the West Kazakhstan and Atyrau regions of the Western zone of the UES of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the Mangistau region of the Western zone of the UES of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

from 16:00 h. (Astana time) joint auctions for the West Kazakhstan and Atyrau regions of the Western zone of the UES of the Republic of Kazakhstan, taking into account the capacity of power transmission lines connecting the West Kazakhstan and Atyrau regions of the Western zone of the UES of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the Mangistau region of the Western zone of the UES of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
