JSC «KOREM» Held Free Auction Trading for 50 MW Capacity
The auction for the selection of projects for the construction of a solar power plant with a total installed capacity of 50 MW, held on April 28, 2026, was declared invalid.
Based on the results of the trading session, no companies were admitted to participate in the auction trading. In this regard, pursuant to subparagraph 2) of paragraph 67 of the Rules for the Organization and Conduct of Auction Trading (the number of participants who submitted applications to the trading system to participate in the auction trading must be at least two), the auction trading was declared invalid.
No winner was determined based on the results of the auction trading.
In accordance with paragraph 104 of the Rules for the Organization and Conduct of Auction Trading, repeat auction trading is held no later than 3 (three) months from the date the auction trading was declared invalid, no more than once.
The date of the repeat auction trading is determined by the authorized body and published on the website of the authorized body and the Organizer no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days before the date of the repeat auction trading.
In order to comply with the requirements of the Rules for the Organization and Conduct of Auction Trading, representatives of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and NCE «Qazaq Green» RES Association took part as observers. The observers confirmed the transparency and correctness of the electronic trading system, operated by JSC «KOREM».
