Energy Ministry Leadership Reviews Technical Condition of Heat Networks and TPP-5 in Kentau
Minister Bolat Akchulakov discussed the high wear of Kentau TPP-5, the city's sole heat source, commissioned in 1952 with equipment wear reaching 100%. Insufficient funding (1.9 billion tenge allocated versus 3.18 billion needed) has caused heat network wear to rise from 47% to 56% over four years.
