Greenpeace Launches Interactive Map of Renewable Energy Sources in Russia
The map shows which regions are developing renewable energy, including installed capacity and commissioning year for each facility, based on open data (excluding large dam hydropower plants due to their environmental impact). The project aims to dispel the stereotype that Russia lacks renewable energy development.
