New 4.95 MW Solar Power Plant Commissioned in Almaty Region
The plant, located in Ushtobe, Karatal district, features 11,008 solar panels of 450 W each and 86 string inverters, with a planned annual output exceeding 7 million kWh, contributing to Kazakhstan's goal of raising the renewable energy share to 6% by 2025 and 15% by 2030.
