Amendments to the Rules for organizing centralized trading in electric energy
On January 30, 2020, the Order of the Minister of energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 8 dated January 13, 2020 "On amendments to the Order of the Minister of energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 24, 2015 No. 137 "On approval of the Rules for organizing centralized electric energy trading" (hereinafter-the Rules).
In this regard, the Rules have been updated on the website of the Centralized Market Operator. You can download the new edition of the Rules by clicking on the link https://www.korem.kz/rus/zakonodatelstvo/npa/.
According to paragraph 48 of the Rules of JSC «KOREM», lots of auctions were formed. You can find the auction lots here.
Centralized auctions of electric energy for the medium-term (week, month) and long-term (quarter, year) periods from February 3, 2020 will be conducted taking into consideration changes made to the above-mentioned Rules.
