Information and explanatory work on the introduction of a Single buyer model and BEM will be carried out in Shymkent
On June 09, 2023, a group of experts within the framework of an information and explanatory campaign will go to Shymkent (Southern IPN), according to the Schedule of explanatory events approved by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the upcoming introduction of a Single Buyer model and a balancing electricity market in real time.
Recall that from July 1 of this year, a new model of a Single buyer and a balancing electricity market in real time is being introduced.
In this regard, in order to inform the subjects of the wholesale electricity market, as well as to explain the new model of the electric energy market, the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the participation of JSC «KEGOC», JSC «KOREM» and LLP «Settlement and Financial Center for Support of Renewable Energy Sources» has planned an outreach campaign to the regions of the country.
