On July 26, 2023, compliance officer Baymuratuly Bulat held a training seminar on completing and submitting the initial declaration (form 250.00) at the site of JSC «KOREM».

Recall that from January 1, 2023, the II stage of universal declaration began. The second stage of universal declaration implies mandatory submission of the declaration by employees of state institutions, as well as employees of quasi-public sector entities and their spouses.

During the seminar, the compliance officer recalled that in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 632 of the Tax Code, the deadline for submitting the declaration of assets and liabilities on paper ended on July 15, and the provision in electronic form will end on September 15, 2023.

In order to fully cover persons obliged to submit a declaration of assets and liabilities within the second stage of universal declaration, as well as to exclude violations of tax legislation by these persons and to avoid possible technical failures of programs due to the large flow of tax reporting forms submitted, the Company's compliance officer is recommended to submit declarations in the near future. He told about the most common mistakes when filling out the declaration.

At the end of the seminar, Bulat Baymuratuly acquainted the newly hired employees of the Company with internal documents on combating corruption, the Code of Ethics of the Company and the list of confidential information.
