On September 29, 2023, an introductory online seminar on the following topics was held at JSC «KOREM» for newly hired employees of the company: « Labor regulations » and « Anti-corruption activities ».

The seminar was opened by the chief manager-Head of the HR department Altynai Umirzakova, introducing the seminar participants with the Company's current Labor Regulations. Altynai Amangeldievna spoke about the legal regulation of the internal labor regulations in the Company, noted the rights and obligations of employees and the employer, the basic concepts of labor discipline, the available types of disciplinary penalties, methods of incentives and social guarantees for employees of the Company.

Summing up, she noted that the Rules are aimed at the effective regulation of labor relations between the employer and the employee.

The second part of the seminar was conducted by compliance officer Bulat Baymuratuly. Compliance Officer notified about the conduct and observance of anti-corruption activities in the Company. Familiarized with the regulatory framework and internal regulatory documents on combating corruption. He explained the regulations of the institute and the history of the formation of compliance, as well as the main tasks of the compliance officer.

At the end of the seminar, Bulat Baymuratuly provided a report on the activities of the compliance officer for the 1st half of 2023 and answered all the questions of the employees.
