JSC «KOREM» is no exception, on an annual basis we pay attention to the issue of training and advanced training of our employees. For example, most recently, the Corporate Secretary of the Board of Directors of JSC «KOREM» Esengazieva Aigul Kopeshevna successfully completed training on the topic: «Fundamentals of corporate governance. Corporate secretary in companies with state participation».

- organization of the activities of the Board of Directors and its Committees;
- control over the execution of decisions made;
- disclosure of information by the issuer, etc.
