In Ekibastuz, heating tariffs for legal entities will be reduced by 35%, according to the Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Committee noted that earlier in the media there was information about the dissatisfaction of the Ekibastuz businessmen with the current tariffs for heat.
Specialists of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Pavlodar region analyzed the actual implementation of the measures of the investment program of Ekibastuzteploenergo LLP for the period from July 1, 2020 to June 31, 2021 for two months. As a result, the analysis revealed non-performance in the amount of 192,949,000 tenge.
On September 20, order No. 86-OD “On approval of a temporary compensating tariff for the services of Ekibastuzteploenergo LLP for the production, transmission and distribution of heat energy” was issued, according to which the tariff for the production and transmission of heat energy was reduced by 17.3%, namely from 5191.46 tenge / Gcal up to 4 295.60.
“Thus, due to the reduction of expenses for the purchase and transmission of heat energy, Ekibastuzteploenergo LLP for legal entities has been reduced by 35% from 12,913.36 to 8,393 tenge / Gcal (excluding VAT),” the Committee said.
Entrepreneurs will receive new receipts with a reduced tariff already in October.
The Committee reported that the tariffs were approved in the following amount:
- for individuals in the amount of - 2,599.41 tenge / Gcal (excluding VAT);
- for other consumers in the amount of 12,913.36 tenge / Gcal (excluding VAT);
- for budgetary organizations in the amount of 13999.53 tenge / Gcal (excluding VAT).
