Anti-corruption standards of «KOREM» JSC: seminar from a compliance officer
On November 28, 2024, compliance officer Baymuratuly Bulat familiarized newly hired employees with the Anti-Corruption Standards of KOREM JSC.
The anti-corruption standards have been developed in accordance with the methodological recommendations for the development of anti-corruption standards approved by the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Anti-Corruption, and approved by the protocol of the Board of Directors of KOREM JSC.
The main objectives of anti-corruption standards include:
The first is the formation of sustainable anti-corruption behavior among individuals;
The second is the timely identification of corruption manifestations and the prevention of their negative consequences.
During the seminar, the compliance officer also noted the principles of anti-corruption standards:
- Legality
- Transparency
- Ethics
- respect for the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities, and their protection from corruption and prevention of conflicts of interest.
The goals, objectives and applicable powers for violating anti-corruption rules were reported by the compliance officer at the meeting.
During the seminar, the staff received full explanations on all issues of interest to them.
