«KOREM» JSC informs about the start of the campaign to conclude contracts for 2025:

- Purchase and sale of balancing electrical energy and negative imbalances;

- Joining with all subjects of the balancing market.

The conclusion of contracts will be carried out in the electronic document management system "Documentolog" and signed using an electronic digital signature, in exceptional cases on paper.

In this regard, it is necessary to provide the following legal documents by December 18, 2024 at 18:00 p.m.

1) a copy of the certificate of state registration (re-registration) of a legal entity;

2) a copy of the certificate of registration for value added tax;

3) a copy of the Charter or a letter confirming the implementation of its activities on the basis of a standard charter;

4) a copy of the decision of the participant(s) on appointment to the position of Head;

5) if necessary, a copy of the order (power of attorney) to the person entitled to sign the contract;

6) documents (certificates) from a second-tier bank confirming bank details.

According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2004 No. 588-II "On Electric Power Industry", you need to comply with subparagraph 33) of Article 1, in connection with which we ask you to ensure the process of including your company in the list of wholesale market entities formed by the system operator.
