Registration for the auction for construction of a 50 MW SPP in the Northern zone (Karaganda region) has started
JSC "KOREM" informs about the start of registration on August 26, 2026 for participation in auction trading for the construction of SPP by zones of the Unified Electric Power System of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Date of the auction: September 25, 2026 at 15:00;
Document acceptance period: from August 26, 2026 to September 17, 2026 (inclusive);
UEPS zone: Northern zone (Karaganda region);
Type of RES: SPP;
Volume of purchased installed capacity: 50 MW;
Maximum auction price: 34.61 tenge/kWh;
Required commissioning date/term of the contract: 24 months from the date of the contract conclusion/20 years.
Conditions for applicants: to participate in the auction trading, registration in the database of the Organizer's trading system is required, and relevant documents must be provided electronically in accordance with paragraph 29 of Rules No. 466.
We also inform that the applicant shall provide the settlement and financial center (LLP "Settlement and Financial Center for Support of Renewable Energy Sources") with the originals of documents on financial security of the application for participation in the auction trading no later than 2 (two) business days before the start date of the auction trading.
