Conclusion of contracts
To conclude a service agreement for the organization and conduct of auction trading for the construction of newly commissioned generating facilities with a flexible generation mode, it is necessary to:
- Register in the Electronic Trading System of KOREM JSC.
- Upload the following copies of legal documents to the trading system:
- a copy of the Certificate of State Registration (Re-registration) of the legal entity (for legal entities);
- a copy of the Charter (Articles of Association);
- a copy of the decision of the relevant governing body of the legal entity appointing the Chief Executive Officer (Head of the Legal Entity);
- a power of attorney for the representative (if the participant's interests are represented by a person other than the Chief Executive Officer);
- information on the legal entity's details (bank account details, registered address, contact telephone numbers, and email address).
