Conclusion of contracts
To conclude a service agreement for the organization and conduct of auction trading aimed at selecting projects for the construction of new renewable energy facilities, it is necessary to:

Register in the KOREM JSC Electronic Trading System for Renewable Energy Sources (RES) and Energy Waste Utilization (EWU).

Upload the following copies of legal documents to the trading system:
• a copy of the certificate of state registration (re-registration) of the legal entity (for legal entities);
• a copy of the Charter (Articles of Association);
• a copy of the decision of the relevant governing body of the legal entity on the appointment of the Chief Executive Officer (Head of the Legal Entity);
• a power of attorney for the representative (if the interests of the participant are represented by a person other than the Chief Executive Officer);
• information on the legal entity's details (bank account details, address, contact telephone numbers, email address);
• a copy of the technical specifications for connection to the electrical grid, issued and approved in accordance with the Grid Code;
• copies of the title documents for the land plot;
• a copy of the System Operator’s approval letter for the Power Output Scheme of the power plant with a declared electrical capacity of 5 MW or more, developed in accordance with the Grid Code;
• confirmation letters stating that the Participant has familiarized itself with the documentation posted on the Organizer’s website, for participants taking part in auction trading conducted with documentation.
